- This promise applies to clients with mild to severe acne as determined by our estheticians during the initial consultation.
- Clients must use the recommended skincare products as instructed by our estheticians.
- Compliance with lifestyle recommendations, including but not limited to diet, hydration, and stress management, may be necessary for optimal results.
- In the event that a client does not experience noticeable improvement in their acne within 90 days, they are eligible for a complimentary follow-up consultation to reassess their treatment plan.
- Severe or cystic acne may require a longer duration and/or additional interventions.
